A major revitalization of Cleveland’s Buckeye-Woodhill neighborhood, this multi-phase effort will replace distressed public housing with 627 mixed-income homes while preserving affordability and expanding access to community services. Backed by a $35 million HUD Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant, the project is designed to strengthen the neighborhood while supporting current residents through redevelopment.
Through New Hope, Boston Children’s Hospital has provided early-stage financing for more than 800 homes across six developments, helping advance stable, affordable housing for families in Boston. At Mildred Hailey Apartments, that investment is supporting 223 new affordable and moderate-income homes, community space, and a more connected neighborhood.
"New Hope Community Capital has helped us to advance healthy communities for children through the creation of stable, affordable housing for families and community spaces that inspire creativity, entrepreneurship, and joy.”
